Analysis: Though he’s the second-lowest paid coach on Pruitt’s staff, don’t expect Terry Fair to lack motivation. Fair was an All-SEC defensive back for the Vols in the 1990s under Phillip Fulmer, and he was a quality control coach for defensive backs with the Vols in the fist couple years of the Butch Jones era. He got his first job as a position coach in 2015 with Colorado State, and he had success coaching the Rams’ secondary. Now he returns to his alma mater to coach up an inexperienced and young group of corners.
