The Vols’ Top Remaining Targets in the 2018 Class

C’Bo Flemister, RB

C’Bo Flemister was supposed to sign with Georgia Tech during the early signing period. In fact, the Yellow Jackets signed all 17 of their other commitments aside from Flemister.

So why didn’t the three-star running back out of Zebulon, Georgia sign too? Because of Tennessee.

Flemister was asked about why he didn’t sign early with the Yellow Jackets, and he said because another team has entered the picture. And that team is Tennessee.

As a senior, Flemister racked up 2,463 rushing yards and 35 touchdowns while averaging nearly 7.5 yards per carry. He’s only rated as the No. 117 running back in the 2018 class, however, and Tennessee and Georgia Tech are the only Power Five offers he holds.

The Vols signed three-star/four-star Jeremy Banks during the early signing period and have Anthony Grant committed. But Grant is far from a sure thing in Tennessee’s class, and they may be looking to replace him should he flip elsewhere.
