Dominick Wood-Anderson, TE
The No. 1 JUCO tight end in the country, Dominick Wood-Anderson has his pick of schools to attend next season. Alabama has long been considered his favorite, but Jeremy Pruitt leaving Bama to coach at Tennessee has helped the Vols immensely with Wood-Anderson.
Tennessee offered Wood-Anderson back on December 8th, and he visited the Vols this past weekend. The Vols are in good position with him, but is it too little too late? Texas A&M has also been pursuing him hard over the last few weeks, and there’s a lot of ground to make up for Tennessee.
Not only does he hold offers from Alabama and Texas A&M, but Wood-Anderson also has offers from Florida State, Texas, Auburn, USC, LSU and others.
Landing Wood-Anderson would be huge for a Tennessee offense that struggled mightily in 2017. But can the Vols make up enough ground to get his signature?
