Blake Anderson
Quick Bio: He’s coached in the state of Tennessee and he’s had success as a head coach. Blake Anderson is one of the more talked about rising head coaches in college football right now. He’s maintained the success of Arkansas State as a Group of Five standout, and he’s done a good job since taking over in 2014 as their head coach.
Pros: Anderson has been a head coach for several seasons and has coached at a Power Five school and in the state of Tennessee both. He was the co-offensive coordinator for MTSU from 2002-04 and the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for North Carolina from 2012-13.
Cons/Questions: He may have several years of head coaching experience, but they’re all at a smaller school. Anderson has yet to prove himself as a Power Five head coach.

All of these are INFINITELY better choices than Greg Schiano.
Folks this could be fixed very simply.
Hire Tee Martin and have Phil Fulmer mentor him on the administrative side of being Head Coach.
Call John Chavis and him come back as DC and Asst. Head Coach
Call Dale Jones have him come as LB and Asst. DC coach with expectations when Chief steps down he is DC
Have Peyton Manning call Jim Bob Cooter and beg him to some as OC.
This fixes everything.
