Special Teams

For once, the Vols’ special teams were really bad. Marquez Callaway fumbled two punts that gave LSU the ball inside Tennessee’s 20, and the Tigers scored on both those possessions. The Vols also took over at their own three after losing the ball in the rain to start the second half (although that’s completely understandable). Trevor Daniel had a good game, and Aaron Medley made one of his two deep field goal attempts. But Tennessee’s special teams cost them points and lost them some early momentum.
