5. P.J. Fleck, Minnesota HC
Fleck, now the head coach at Minnesota, has risen up the coaching ranks thanks to a high-energy approach and some catchy slogans. Sound familiar at all? From a personality standpoint, Fleck, known for his catch phrase of “row the boat” has a few too many similarities from what Tennessee just moved on from. After the past couple years, this program needs somebody who will drop the slogans and speak honestly about the state of the program.

Agree. Gruden, Mullen, Frost, Kelly in that order. ?
What has Gruden done? He has not coached in sometime and being a TV commentator does not enhance his qualifications. I think we need somebody that bleeds orange, T Martin is my choice, he is young, successful, a Tennessee alumni, a national championship quarterback. He knows how to win!
