186 yards vs. South Carolina 2011
Another game in the Dooley era, this match-up with South Carolina was one of the ugliest games in recent Tennessee history.
Tennessee managed less than 200 yards of offense, and South Carolina put up just 318 yards themselves. If not for a big day on the ground from Brandon Wilds, South Carolina would’ve been in trouble. But the Gamecock defense came to play, and South Carolina won 14-3 because Tennessee managed a mere 21 rushing yards on 35 carries while Justin Worley was picked off twice.
