Tennessee’s defense actually turned in a pretty good game, and that started with the defensive line. The Vols’ front seven consistently got pressure and made a difference like they should have. UMass came into Saturday’s game having given up 23 sacks in four games, and the Vols piled on seven more on Saturday. The Vols’ defensive line totaled 3.5 of those sacks, including ones from Kahlil McKenzie and Alexis Johnson at defensive tackle.
