Whether it was Justin Martin playing out of position or getting beat, Emmanuel Moseley failing to make tackles, or the poor coverage on the last play of the game, the Vols’ secondary had a game to forget. Rashaan Gaulden played lights out and had one of his best games of his career, leading the team with 10 tackles and intercepting the pass that would lead to the Vols’ tying field goal. Justin Martin had some redemption with a punch-out fumble that prevented the Gators from scoring a touchdown, but overall the Vols’ defensive backs had a bad game and were beat repeatedly by Florida’s athletic receivers and running backs.
