4. RB John Kelly
This shouldn’t be a huge surprise to anybody who watched Tennessee play in 2016. John Kelly isn’t a finished product, and he doesn’t have the overall power of somebody like Jalen Hurd or the pure athleticism of somebody like Alvin Kamara, but he runs extremely hard and the team clearly responds to him. He’s been a noticeable leader on the field over the past few weeks, and while newcomer Ty Chandler will make a case to share some carries with him, there’s zero question as of now that Kelly is the man at running back for Tennessee heading into 2017.
