3. WR Latrell Williams
Tennessee enters 2017 feeling pretty good about three receivers – Jauan Jennings, Josh Smith and Tyler Byrd. But that won’t be enough to last all of 2017. At least two or three more need to emerge as part of the rotation going forward, and Williams, a speedy Florida native who was on the shelf a lot 2016 with injuries, is making a case this spring that he can be a factor for new receivers coach Kevin Beard. With Smith and Brandon Johnson out for the spring and several newcomers not arriving until this summer, Williams seems to be making the most of his extra reps this spring.
