The 2018 recruiting cycle is now in full swing, and it’s time to start evaluating who the Vols are targeting and the biggest areas of need the team has in this current recruiting class.
Tennessee will have multiple positions of need during this recruiting cycle. The Vols did a good enough job of addressing their deficiencies in the 2017 cycle, but there’s even more potential for success in the 2018 class thanks to in-state recruiting alone.
The Vols already have two commitments in their 2018 class, and one of them is one of the top players in the country and at a position of need. The other is another highly-rated player who projects to be at a position the Vols need help at as well.
