9. Jacob Warren, TE
Despite being ranked only the 23rd overall player in the state of Tennessee, the Vols need to make landing Jacob Warren a priority.
The Vols are one of six schools so far who have offered the 6-foot-6 tight end out of Farragut, but Warren is starting to gain attention from teams outside of the state. Warren received an offer from Oklahoma State in early December and has picked up offers from Duke and Missouri to start 2017.
Along with his extremely tall frame, Warren has displayed soft hands and the ability to run clean routes. Warren hasn’t picked up much national attention yet, but his recruitment is starting to heat up a little. He is someone Tennessee is targeting and could use at the tight end position (or even at wide receiver) moving forward.
