WR Jordan Pouncey
Even though the Vols have four receiver commitments – including a new one this week from Josh Palmer – Pouncey is still going to visit Knoxville this weekend. It’s unclear if Tennessee would be able to make a spot for him even if he wants to sign, but the Vols seem to be exploring all options to help a position that needs more depth and talent in 2017, especially after the loss of Josh Malone to the NFL.
Pouncey (6-2. 185) is rated as a relatively low three-star prospect, but has an impressive offer list that includes Miami, Notre Dame, Texas and many other Power 5 schools.
