10. WR Josh Palmer
Tennessee would love to add at least one more receiver to this class since Josh Malone decided to head to the NFL and Vincent Perry, who sat out in 2016, won’t be returning. There are a handful of options remaining, and Palmer, a 6-foot-2, 200-pound receiver from St. Thomas Aquinas in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., visited Tennessee last week and remains a real possibility. He doesn’t have great rankings (No. 118 WR), but he has a strong offer list including UCLA, Michigan, Louisville, Nebraska and several other Power-5 schools.
