Jordan Pouncey, WR
The third and final receiver set to visit the Vols on January 27th is Jordan Pouncey, a three-star out of Winter Park, Florida.
Once a Notre Dame commit, this three-star announced on January 1st he would be choosing between Miami, Notre Dame, Tennessee and Texas for his collegiate future. Pouncey holds offers from all those schools as well as offers from over 40 other schools. Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Florida, Michigan State, Penn State, Duke, and many others have offered Pouncey.
Miami and Texas are the two most recent schools to offer Pouncey, and he’s visited Miami three times since September, including his most recent official visit on January 13th. He also has an official visit with Texas planned for January 20th, a week before his visit to Tennessee.
Pouncey may only be a three-star, but his offer list reads like a five-star receiver. Adding him late in this class could be a major get for the Vols.
