6. TaxSlayer Bowl: Kentucky (7-5) Georgia Tech (8-4)
The Ramblin’ Wreck has rumbled to a fairly successful 8-4 season, and the Ferocious Felines of Kentucky have finally reached bowl eligibility under Mark Stoops. Both teams should be excited to be going to this first-class bowl as Butch Jones called it just a couple seasons ago. The TaxSlayer Bowl has recently become the bowl that invites the teams that are on the up and up, as well as have fan bases the bowl committee believes will travel well. This will be an interesting matchup with Kentucky not being able to stop the run, and the Yellow Jackets having a tendency to be run heavy. This could potentially turn into the fastest college football game ever played the way the clock will run.
