Whether it be small tweaks or wholesale actions, virtually everybody agrees that there needs to be some change this offseason for a Tennessee football program that went 8-4 (4-4 SEC) in 2016 and fell short of most expectations.
Butch Jones has approximately 30 days to get the Vols ready for a bowl game, recruit and start to evaluate some big-picture issues within the program before the official start of the offseason. We’re not saying that Jones will, or should, make changes in all of these areas, but theses are the things he’ll need to take a long look at in the coming weeks.
