Running Backs
John Kelly did a lot of the heavy lifting with 16 carries for 101 yards and one score. Alvin Kamara didn’t have as big of a role with 12 carries on the afternoon, but he did score on short runs of 2 and 4 yards. It took the backs a little while to get involved in the offense, and Dobbs was the big star on the ground, but they played well enough, especially in the second half, to help UT move the ball with regularity and win the game.
