7. Jason Croom, WR/TE
For missing a season and never really finding a fit on offense, Jason Croom has made quite an impact in his five years on campus. The fifth-year senior redshirted in 2012 and missed the entire 2015 season but has still managed to put together a solid career as a Vol. Croom started his career as a wide receiver and has played as a tight end this season, and that appears to be the position he’ll try to play as he attempts to make it in the NFL. Croom has caught 50 passes for 722 yards and has hauled in 6 touchdowns in 36 career games as a Vol.
