8. College Baseball NCAA Tournament drought
A once-feared baseball program has slipped into obscurity in the past decade. The Vols made a big splash in 2005 – making both the tournament and the College World Series – but Tennessee hasn’t been heard from on the national scale since. Making it to Hoover for the SEC Tournament has even been a struggle in recent years. Dave Serrano likely has one more year to get the Vols headed towards another NCAA Tournament appearance, or the Vols, yet again, will have to go in a different direction with the program.
