With seven games in the books, we’re beginning to get a clearer picture of which freshmen are contributing, and which ones are going to take a redshirt season.
Thus far eight scholarship true freshmen have played – Tyler Byrd, Nigel Warrior, Brandon Johnson, Marcus Tatum, Daniel Bituli, Carlin Fils-Aime, Baylen Buchanan and Marquill Osborne. And while circumstances can change, it looks like about 10 very well could redshirt.
