Linebackers
A little bit like the offensive line, this group is tough to evaluate because of how decimated it was. The Vols were down to their fourth-string outside linebacker – Elliott Berry – who was playing alongside backup Colton Jumper, who got the nod again with Darrin Kirkland Jr. still out. Berry was active with nine stops, but Alabama completely had its way in the run game – using a combination of power and misdirection to keep UT’s relatively inexperienced linebackers off balance all afternoon.
