4. OLB Tim Williams
Williams recently found himself in some hot water legally, but that hasn’t kept him off the field. His pass-rushing talent is also ranked among the best in the nation. He gained national attention last year as a third-down pass-rush specialist, and he’s seen more time this year – putting up 5.5 TFLs and 3.5 sacks. He might not be the complete player that some of the other guys on this list are, but in terms of raw pass-rush ability, he’s near the top.
