10. TE O.J. Howard
Howard is one of the most physically imposing and athletic tight ends in the nation, though it does feel like he’s perpetually underutilized. He’s only averaging about two receptions per game, but his five-catch, 205-yard performance against Clemson in the national title game last season made him a lot of money. Even if his production doesn’t pick up this year, NFL scouts still love his upside.
