Overall
Let’s be honest here: Nobody is going to remember much of the first 57 minutes or so of this game. But the final few minutes, which culminated in an all-time great play, will be etched into UT fans’ minds for years to come. And while UT clearly has some work to do before this brutal two-game stretch against A&M and Alabama, this team deserves all the credit in the world for somehow finding a way to win in Athens. It wasn’t all pretty, it didn’t look like a performance that deserved high marks at times, but the Vols took a huge step towards returning to Georgia in December for the SEC Championship Game.
