7. TE Jason Croom
After battling injuries the past couple years, the Norcross native has found a nice niche as a backup tight end for the Vols in 2016 – making five catches for 78 yards so far in the season. The converted receiver seems to have a nice rapport with Joshua Dobbs, and can be a mismatch for linebackers with his speed. He might not ever fully live up to his expectations coming out of high school, but he contributed two quality seasons as a receiver, and is on his way to a nice fifth-year senior campaign at tight end.
