1. QB Joshua Dobbs
His passing accuracy has been inconsistent the past couple years, but it’s tough to find anybody else that’s been as important to what Butch Jones has done at UT than the Alpharetta native who flipped from Arizona State to Tennessee right before signing day in 2013. It took some time, but by midway through the 2014 season, Dobbs was the guy for Jones and he currently has the Vols on a 10-game winning streak, and just became the first UT quarterback to beat Florida since Erik Ainge in 2004. When he gets his feet and arm involved in a game, he can be one of the most electric players in the nation.
