Bailey is a cornerback out of Marrero, Louisiana who is rated as high as a four-star corner on Rivals. He holds offers from several SEC schools. Texas A&M, Ole Miss, Arkansas, South Carolina, and Vanderbilt have all offered Bailey, as has Arizona State, Virginia Tech, and others.
Bailey was considered a lean towards Texas A&M all the way up to his commitment. But in a surprise move, the nearly six-foot tall corner chose the Vols over the Aggies.
