4. WR Preston Williams
Williams never truly got a fair shot last season. He didn’t get fully cleared until late in fall camp and then battled injuries during the season. The ultra-talented sophomore receiver is taking advantage of his opportunities so far this year. He looks to be in great shape and he’s stepping up as one of the leaders in his position group. He made one of the best catches early in camp as well:
