9. DE Corey Vereen
Vereen is the only senior on the list. I include him, however, because I think he can be the forgotten man when it comes to all of UT’s options rushing the passer. He’s having a great camp so far. Defensive coordinator Bob Shoop went as far as to say that he’ll receive national attention by the end of the year. He put a nasty move on Drew Richmond in a pass-rush drill on Thursday, and that probably won’t be the only time this year he gets to the quarterback.
