3. Who Will Be the Breakout Players?
Fall camp generally produces a breakout player or two for Tennessee. Over the last few years, it’s been players like Jashon Robertson, Derek Barnett, and Alvin Kamara who have had standout fall camps.
But who will breakout for the Vols this fall?
Tennessee has several players that have breakout potential heading into this fall camp. Whether it’s a returning young player who hasn’t had a chance to start yet or a completely new addition to the roster, the Vols have several players just waiting to burst onto the scene in 2016.
Wide receiver Preston Williams is a popular pick to be a breakout player this fall. So is safety Rashaan Gaulden and offensive tackle Drew Richmond. Newcomers Jonathan Kongbo, Nigel Warrior, Marquez Callaway, and Tyler Byrd also have the potential to draw ton of attention even as first-year players.
The Vols will have at least one breakout player this fall. The only question is who it will be.
