3. Is the media buying UT’s preseason hype?
Various publications have picked the Vols to win the SEC East and have put UT in the top-10 nationally this offseason. Now, with most of the media from across the media gathered in Hoover, what will the consensus be about how far the Vols can actually go in 2016?
Expect Tennessee to be picked to win the East, but it will be interesting to see if it’s close or if Tennessee is the overwhelming favorite. And will some of the media contingent vote for UT to win the entire SEC? That’s possible, though Alabama or LSU are the most likely picks right there.
