How He Fits
Locklear is a tall, rangy offensive line prospect who plays right tackle for his school team. He has some similarities to 2016 signees Marcus Tatum and Nathan Niehaus in terms of have a great frame, but needing to add a bit more weight and power. With UT’s offensive line back in better shape from a depth perspective, Locklear should have the time he needs to develop.
