It won’t come as any surprise that players entering their third or fourth years in college show great improvement in overall strength and conditioning from their high school days.
But some photos circulating social media show just how drastic that has been for a couple of UT stars – junior running back Jalen Hurd and senior quarterback Joshua Dobbs.
The photo to the right here taken by UT drew a lot of attention for showing off how much Dobbs has bulked up. It’s really put into perspective when put next to a high school photo.

Not to be outdone, Hurd has transformed from a relatively tall and thin high schooler to a powerful SEC-level back that is now listed at 6-4, 240 pounds.
