6. Eric Crosby
Nearly two months ago, 4-star defensive tackle and Virginia Beach native Eric Crosby committed to the University of Tennessee. But he is still being heavily recruited by several other programs including Alabama, Clemson, and Florida State and up until February 4th, he can change his mind as much as he wants.
Crosby is known as a freak athlete who primarily plays defensive tackle but even gets in a few carries on offense at tail back. His unique skillset and athleticism are exactly what Tennessee is looking for in a player from a talent level. So while it may not seem as big of a deal to prioritize Crosby since he has already committed, just remember that sometimes keeping the recruits you’ve got is just as important as getting new ones.
