10. The “fire everybody” guy
You’ve probably met this person before. They’re all-in on UT and the coach in the offseason, but you know you’re getting a text from them the second something goes wrong in 2016 to “fire Butch.” They wanted him gone after the Oklahoma game last year, after the Florida game, after the Arkansas game and again after the close loss at Alabama. Heck, they wanted him out when he lost to Vanderbilt in 2013. They were ready for Fulmer to go after 2005, and Dooley (rightfully) wouldn’t have made it past the opening press conference.
But they don’t stop with football. Rick Barnes should be on the hot seat. Dave Serrano should’ve been gone in 2013. Holly Warlick? Don’t even get them started. They even take a sudden interest in sports they’ve never seen before when a coach underperforms. A good firing helps them feel better about everything. The grass is always greener on the other side.
