7. Austin Pope will become Ethan Wolf 2.0
This one is definitely more of a long-term prediction. Austin Pope lost his father, Tom, to cancer in August 2014. During his father’s fight, Pope elected to stay with his family rather than visit schools and camps. The East Tennessee native’s three-star ranking shouldn’t be taken too much into consideration. He has the time to grow under Wolf/Croom, and the athleticism to compete. Pope was seen at the majority of Tennessee spring practices, despite not being in uniform yet. At 6’5” and with the athleticism he has, someone will have a high-value target in Pope.
