5. WR Pharoh Cooper/South Carolina
Tennessee saw first-hand how good Cooper can be. The versatile wide receiver made 11 catches for 233 yards and two touchdowns while throwing and running for touchdowns as well in SC’s overtime loss to the Vols in 2014.
And while that huge of a performance is certainly a bit of an outlier, Cooper regularly put up solid numbers for a relatively anemic South Carolina offense over the past couple of years. He won’t wow with his size or speed, but he’s a versatile, smart football player who can play in the NFL for years for a team willing to grab him in the middle rounds of the draft.
