Defensive Line
The defensive front got after the quarterback fairly well on Saturday with five total sacks – three of them coming from defensive linemen. The Vols were missing a handful of key pieces on the defensive line, but Corey Vereen and Darrell Taylor especially got in the backfield a few times to disrupt the passing game. Kahlil McKenzie certainly held his own in the middle as well. There were never huge running lanes either, so credit the defensive line there as well.
