1. WR Preston Williams
After an adventurous freshman season last year, perhaps nobody needed a full spring more than Preston Williams. He’s had that and has taken full advantage of it. I’m not ready to declare him the next Julio Jones, A.J. Green, Laquon Treadwell or anything like that. But Williams has all the physical tools and has shown more attention to detail and play-making ability this spring. If he can carry that over into the fall, it could be a huge boost for UT’s passing game.
