7. QB Sheriron Jones
We know a lot about what Joshua Dobbs can do. We learned some about Quinten Dormady last season. Jones, who redshirted and then briefly transferred to Colorado before reversing course and coming back to Knoxville, is the guy who has a lot to prove this spring since he’s never played in a game. So far, he’s been impressive and has drawn praise from coaches and teammates. It’s Dobbs’ job this year, but the others will jockey behind him for depth chart positioning and for the ability to be first in line to replace him in 2017.
