A former Tennessee Vol is about to get paid.

According to a report from KUSA, the Jacksonville Jaguars are “finalizing details on a contract that will make him the NFL’s fourth highest-paid defensive lineman, based on annual average over the first three, four and five years of a long-term deal.”

The Broncos, Bears, Raiders, Redskins and Chiefs were other teams that reportedly pursued the 26-year old Jackson, who totaled 45 tackles and five sacks during the 2015 Super-Bowl winning season with Denver.

Teams were allowed to begin negotiating with free agents on Monday and can officially begin signing free agents at 2 pm ET on Wednesday.

Jackson played for UT for two seasons from 2010-11 after transferring from Southern California.
