After 18 years in the NFL and a ton of speculation over the past few years about when it would end, the Denver Broncos finally confirmed on Sunday morning that Peyton Manning has informed the team that he he will retire.
But that likely will be far from the end of Manning’s time in the public spotlight. One of the most well-known sports figures of this generation, Manning will have a plethora of opportunities in a variety of fields going forward.
He might take on several new ventures, so everything listed in this article isn’t mutually exclusive, but I wanted to throw out a few thoughts on what post-playing life might look like for Manning going forward.
