3. Emmanuel Moseley, Cornerback
If there was a defender who took a step back last season, it was Emmanuel Moseley. The first half of the season was not kind to Moseley, as he was beaten by team’s top receivers multiple times when they weren’t lined up against Cam Sutton. Moseley rebounded in the second half of the season, but Justin Martin had leapfrogged him on the depth chart by then as well. Moseley is a speedy corner who has shown off his talent multiple times in his two years at UT, but consistency has been his main issue. Martin is the likely favorite to nail down the corner spot opposite Sutton, and Moseley needs a good spring to keep himself in that competition come fall.
