It would’ve been understandable if, given Tennessee’s depth at quarterback, the Vols weren’t able to land a top prospect in this class. But they did anyhow, landing the nation’s top dual-threat quarterback in Jarrett Guarantano, a player who looks like he could be a perfect fit for what the Vols want to do offensively. He comes into a great situation where he can take a year to learn and then compete for playing time in 2017.
