Status
A finalist at The Opening, a US Army All-American and a top prospect with offers from virtually every top program in the nation, Victor is a consensus four-star prospect that the Vols are in the running for as they look to land a couple big-time receivers in the 2016 class. He’s came to Tennessee’s camp in July (17-18) and the Vols, though competing with many of the top teams in the nation, have a shot at him, though Florida might be the team to beat at this point. Victor is visiting Knoxville on the weekend of Jan. 18 to give UT one final thorough look. He’ll announce between UT, Ohio State and West Virginia on Jan. 18 at noon.

How He Fits
Victor doesn’t have elite speed (timed in the 4.7 range at The Opening), but he’s a long, lanky receiver who can jump with about any defensive back – making him a great red zone and deep ball threat.
