3. OT Drew Richmond

Drew Richmond-1-3

The five-star recruit and finishing piece to UT’s impressive 2015 recruiting class certainly looks the part of a future starting SEC tackle, but the coaches thought he’d need a year before he’s ready to compete to see the field. Despite some injuries on the offensive line, Richmond didn’t played a snap and saw fellow freshman offensive tackle Chance Hall get the first opportunity when playing time came available following Brett Kendrick’s injury. There’s still a lot of upside for Richmond, but Tennessee fans will have to wait at least one year to see that on the field. Richmond, Hall and Kendrick are among the names to watch as the Vols figure out what the offensive tackle position looks like in the absence of Kyler Kerbyson in 2016.
