Grading the Vols’ 45-6 victory over Northwestern in the Outback Bowl on Friday afternoon.
Secondary
Tennessee’s secondary may have had the best game of the 2015 season against Northwestern. The Vols held both Clayton Thorson and Zack Oliver to just 129 passing yards while completing just 42.4 percent of their passes. Neither quarterback threw a touchdown, and the Vols intercepted four passes, including a 100-yard pick-6 by Evan Berry with eight seconds remaining in the game. Malik Foreman, Brian Randolph, and Emmanuel Moseley all had interceptions too.
