2. Tennessee vs. Penn State, Outback Bowl
James Franklin, Tennessee’s old nemesis from Vanderbilt, is at Penn State and would likely love to have another shot at a Tennessee team he beat two out of three times from 2011-13. This would be a great storyline, and could play out in Nashville, Franklin’s former home, or in the Outback Bowl in Tampa.
